Goo Goo Dolls Embark On ‘Long Way Home’

Goo Goo Dolls is bringing special guest Phillip Phillips on tour to showcase tunes from its latest album and another forthcoming EP.

The Dolls dropped the album Boxes in 2016 and the EP You Should Be Happy comes out May 12. The new tunes include the track “So Alive.” Check out the video below. 

There is one spring performance booked in Tampa, Fla.’s, Busch Gardens on March 11. After that July 14 is the opener for the “Long Way Home” run in Mountain View, Calif. Nearly two months of dates are in the plan, finishing in Los Angeles on Sept. 13.

The group still includes original guitarist John Rzeznik and vocalist/bassist Robby Takac, and has been making music for more than 30 years.
