Ruff Ryders Return To Brooklyn

DMX, Swizz Beatz, Eve, and The Lox will all be taking the stage together for a Ruff Ryders Reunion show in Brooklyn, N.Y. this spring.

DMX’s release of It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot and Flesh of My Flesh, Blood of My Blood in 1998 made him a bona fide star in the hip hop genre. Ruff Ryders was eventually retooled by the Dean brothers as Ruff Ryders Indy, a Fontana/Universal distribution company.

A press release bills the reunion as a “tour,” though only the Brooklyn date has been announced so far. The affair could try to replicate the success of Puff Daddy and his Bad Boy Reunion Tour.
