Wale ‘Shines’ in North America

Wale is criss-crossing the nation for a tour this May, as he starts to push tunes from his upcoming album “Shine”.

Wale’s last full-length LP was The Album About Nothing in 2015, though he did drop the Summer On Sunset mixtape last year. Expect his fifth album, Shine, later this year.

The former Pollstar HotStar has recently been releasing a stream of singles recently to keep himself relevant. He has an extended video for one such song, titled “Groundhog Day.”

In those lyrics Wale explores how he missed out on stardom, despite the fact that he is recognized as a highly skilled lyricist who has been in the game since the early 2000s.
