Tom Petty, Mumford Headlining Arroyo Seco Weekend

Southern California, meet your brand new, talent-packed festival! Arroyo Seco Weekend features Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Mumford & Sons, Alabama Shakes, Weezer, The Shins and more.

Presented by Goldenvoice, the two-day festival makes its debut June 24-25 at the Brookside Golf Course in Pasadena, Calif. In case you were wondering, the event is named after The Arroyo Seco stream, “meaning “dry stream” in Spanish, that passes through Brookside Golf Course and Pasadena from the San Gabriel Mountains.”

Anyway. What you’re probably really wondering about is the lineup. And lucky for you, the daily breakdown is already available.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers tops Saturday, June 24, which also features Alabama Shakes, The Meters, Dawes, Live, Broken Social Scene, Charles Bradley & His Extraordinaires, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Jeff Goldblum And The Mildred Snitzer Orchestra, Roy Ayers, William Bell, John Mayall, and The Bernie Maupin Ensemble.

Mumford & Sons closes out June 25. Sunday’s roster also boasts Weezer, The Shins, Fitz & The Tantrums, Andrew Bird, Lukas Nelson & Promise Of The Real, Galactic, The Revivalists, Andy Grammer, ZZ Ward, Lettuce, Alice Smith, The Mowgli’s, David Lindley, Con Brio, and NK Band. Attendees will also be treated to a performance from Jamtown feat. Donavon Frankenreiter, G. Love and Cisco Adler.

The weekend promises the finest in F&B choices, with “curated chefs and restaurants from throughout the Southern California area bringing you craft beer, cocktails, and bio dynamic wines.”

An American Express card member presale starts March 17 at 10 a.m. Tickest go on sale to the public March 20 at 11 a.m. Single-day GA tickets are priced at $125 and GA weekend passes are $225.
