Janet Jackson’s “Unbreakable” world tour has proved anything but as it has been postponed three times, and a fan has filed a class action lawsuit over the lack of refunds.
Tiana Adams is claiming that the series of postponements, which started in late 2015, are a ploy to deny the fans refunds TMZ reported.
Jackson rescheduled dates because she had to rest her vocal cords. She later required surgery, and the third rescheduling came when Jackson revealed she was pregnant with her first child, Eissa, who was born Jan. 3.
No new dates have been announced for the 50-year-old mom, although last word from the singer was that there would be shows in 2017.
Live Nation doesn’t usually comment on pending litigation.
