Rock Pack Ready To Rock
Step aside, Rat Pack, there’s a new supergroup coming to town. Promising “hit after hit after hit,” The Rock Pack features former vocalists from Foreigner, Asia, Journey, Toto and more.
After making its debut with one gig in Fort Myers, Fla., in November 2015 and playing Puerto Rico in January, The Rock Pack will be back on stage this summer. The fun begins with a June 30 show in Hollywood, Fla., at Hard Rock Live. A few gigs are already scheduled in early 2018.
“I decided to create a unique concert concept that was start to finish full of monster hits by iconic vocalists,” The Rock Pack creator and former Asia lead singer John Payne said. “I wanted the classic rock fans of Hollywood, Fla., to enjoy the hit songs of some of our most iconic bands and if you like Foreigner, Journey, Toto and Asia then Hard Rock Live is the place to be!”
An announcement promises that fans will get to hear favorite tunes such as “I Wanna Know What Love Is,” “Faithfully,” “Separate Ways,” “Only Time Will Tell,” “Hold The Line,” “Don’t Stop Believing,” “Heat Of The Moment,” “Cold as Ice,” “Africa,” “Hot Blooded,” “Any Way You Want It,” and “Rosanna.”
The lineup includes original Foreigner singer Lou Gramm, former Journey lead vocalist Steve Augeri, and original Toto lead singer Bobby Kimball.
