Chris Stapleton Adds To Headline Plans

Chris Stapleton is one of the hottest tickets in country music right now and he has more stubs for his “All-American Road Show” going on sale next week.

Stapleton’s newest album, From A Room: Volume 1, is out now and is already getting overall good reviews.

“From A Room is strikingly focused, sonically and thematically. Its characters are flawed; there’s much bad behavior, with heartbreak to pay,” Rolling Stone writes.

“The tunes don’t sound tired at all but raring to come out and play,” Slate wrote of it.

A second volume of From A Room will be out later this year.

The Road Show tour kicks off in Alpharetta, Ga., tonight and there are a number of new dates going on sale May 12. Presales will start May 9.

Special guests on the upcoming onsales include Margo Price, Brothers Osborne and Marty Stuart, depending on the date. Brent Cobb appears on all of the newly announced dates.

The first of the new dates is Gilford, N.H., and the rest of them are in October and November, the last being Nov. 18 in Omaha, Neb. Most of the shows are in the regional South and Midwest.
