McCartney Piles On East Coast Stops

Sir Paul McCartney is adding a few more gigs around the Atlantic seaboard this September.

Citing high demand, “second and final” shows with the former Beatle in New York and New Jersey have been added.

McCartney is adding nights in some of the biggest and best venues the region has to offer. The new gigs are Sept. 12 in Newark’s Prudential Center, Sept. 17 in Madison Square Garden, Sept. 21 at the Barclays Center and Sept. 27 at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum.

No word on when tickets will go on sale, though it will presumably be after the first shows sell out, as all of these locations have a previously announced show with tickets going on sale today.

The One On One tour, which began in spring 2016, consists of McCartney playing his hits from his solo career, Wings, and of course, The Beatles. Last week he wrapped up a run of performances in Japan. He also recently announced a run of dates in Brazil.
