Foo Fighters books a handful of gigs in Asia … Marilyn Manson announces a fall European tour … Gorillaz signs on for two warm-up shows.

Slowly but surely Foo Fighters’ 2017 tour is coming together. This week Dave Grohl and the gang announced performances in Seoul, South Korea (Aug. 22); Nonthaburi, Thailand (Aug. 24) and Singapore (Aug. 26).

Tickets for Nonthaburi go on sale May 22. The other shows go on sale May 23.

Foo Fighters’ first tour dates since 2015 kick off May 26 with a set at BottleRock Napa Valley in Napa, Calif. The band’s itinerary includes festival appearances in Europe, Japan and Mexico.

Marilyn Manson is going to be spending some more quality time in Europe. The shock rocker is following up his Euro summer gigs with a fall headline tour across the continent.

The November/December outing launches Nov. 14 in Stockholm, Sweden, with a show at Annexet. After that Manson will take the stage in Denmark, Germany, Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.

Presale tickets are available now. Tickets go on sale to the general public May 19.

Gorillaz is preparing for its first tour since 2010 by playing two warm-up gigs in its home turf of England.

The shows are scheduled June 2 at The Alban Arena in St. Albans and June 4 at Portsmouth Guildhall in Portsmouth. 

Tickets go on sale May 19 at 9 a.m. BST.

Gorillaz is hoping to stop scalpers from getting their hands on tickets. An announcement from the band explains, “The name of the lead booker will be printed on every ticket, and will be checked against photo ID on arrival at the venue. Name changes will not be permitted.

Any tickets suspected of being offered on resale marketplaces will be cancelled immediately, and tickets without matching ID will not be accepted on the night. Please do not purchase tickets from any site apart from Gorillaz.com, as they will be invalid for entry.”

The tour features headline gigs and festival appearances in North America, Europe and Japan.
