Chiarello was previously CEO of Canadian tech management and consulting firm Lazaridis Institute.

Grimaux will remain active as chairman of the board as well as in the international business development aspects of his company.
Based in Canada, Intellitix provides technology-driven solutions including RFID wristbands for festivals and live events on both sides of the Atlantic.
