Next year will mark 40 years since the band’s debut album and it will be releasing an album in February with new tunes and remasters of classics.

To honor the occasion, the “40 Trips Around The Sun tour” starts in Hamburg, Germany, on Feb. 19 and stays east of the Atlantic  until April 8 in Glasgow, Scotland. More shows will be announced soon.

General onsales for select shows are available June 15 or 20, depending on the country.

Toto’s next gig is tonight in Annapolis, Md., and the band stays in the U.S. until July 1 in Salina, Kansas. There are also European and another U.S. run planned in late July, August and September.

The band still has the “core” of Steve Lukather on guitar and vocals, Joseph Williams on lead vocals, David Paich on keys and vocals, and Steve Porcaro on keys.

“Myself, David, Steve and Joseph are humbled and thrilled at the long lasting success of the band,” Lukather said in a statement. “This 40th Anniversary tour is going to be a special one for us and all of the fans that come out.”
