The “Classic East” and “Classic West” concerts won’t be your only chance to see Fleetwood Mac on stage. Christine McVie says the band is planning a tour for next year.

McVie broke the news during her appearance Tuesday on the BBC Television program “The One Show.”
‘We’re going to start rehearsing in March, next year. The tour is around June. It will be global,” McVie said, according to Metro.
The keyboardist/vocalist has been busy promoting her collaborative album with bandmate Lindsey Buckingham. The project, simply called Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie, was released last week.
McVie and Buckingham are hitting the road together next week for a North American excursion that’s booked through late July.

Fleetwood Mac performs at “Classic West” July 16 at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium and July 30 as part of “Classic East” at New York’s Citi Field. The lineup also boasts Eagles, Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers, Don Henley, Journey, and Earth, Wind & Fire.
The Mac last toured in 2015.
Christine McVie officially rejoined Fleetwood Mac in January 2014. U.K. fans were the first to see McVie and the band reunite when she appeared in London in September 2013 to perform “Don’t Stop.” The appearance marked the first time she had played with the group since she left the lineup in 1998.
