The tour bus transporting Hundredth and Being As An Ocean caught fire in St. Louis, Mo.
The bands departed from Kansas City, Mo., and were on their way to Nashville when the bus caught fire around 4 a.m., according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
“We smelled smoke and woke up to our guitarist telling all of us to get out and there was a fire,” Being as an Ocean crew member Yves Mathieu-East told Post-Dispatch. “We all rushed out. No shirt, no shoes. Everything went up in flames.”
None of the 12 people on the bus were injured. Both bands missed their sets and spent the night in a St. Louis hotel.
Hundredth confirmed it will continue its tour via Twitter.
“We are finishing the tour. We are still jamming these new songs. If you wanna do something, come bob your head,” the band tweeted.
The cause of the fire is unknown at press time.
