Arcade Fire Heats Up South America

Arcade Fire is in full-fledged tour mode in 2017, and four lucky countries in South America are getting stops in its routing.

The four lucky countries are Colombia, Chile, Peru and Argentina. The dates are all in December, starting on the 5th in Bogota, Colombia’s Coferias Convention Center.

Tickets to the Argentina gig are on sale now.

Arcade Fire is pushing a new album, titled Everything Now. That project is due out July 28 and there are going to be 20 different artwork variants available for physical versions in CD, vinyl and cassette.

As a commentary on Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s controversial shirts with their own images superimposed next to music icons, Arcade Fire put its own “Everything Now” logo on a shirt with Kendall Jenner’s mug. All of the proceeds from the band’s exclusive Plus1 Collection are going to Partners In Health, according to Consequence of Sound.

The group is performing at York Hall Leisure Centre in London tonight, and the group is in Europe until July 20 at Paleo Festival in Switzerland. After that the group heads up to York Hall Leisure Centre in Chicago Aug. 6.
