Deadmau5 Takes ‘Lots Of Shows’ North

EDM mainstay Deadmau5 has tacked on a second, mainly Canadian leg to his “Lots Of Shows In A Row” tour in North America this year.

The new gigs are in October, starting with the 6th at The Colosseum in Windsor, Ontario, and continue until the 31st at MTS Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The only new non-Canadian date is Oct. 20 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo.

A presale for Spotify users will open tomorrow, July 11. Tickets to the shows go on sale to general public Jul 13.

“Dead-mow-cinco” has a bunch of festival dates lined up, the next of which is Electrobeach Festival in France July 13. Other events in his plan include Creamfields in the United Kingdom;  Tomorrowland in Belgium; Mysteryland in the Netherlands; North Coast in Chicago; and Electric Zoo: The 6th Boro in New York.

The live show will be nearly two hours and will feature his famed “Cube 2.1” with complex lighting and LED panels.  The previous run of his headline shows included four nights at Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles in April.
