Strong winds partially collapsed a tent at Richland Community Days Aug. 19 in Johnstown, Pa., injuring two and forcing the festival to cancel the rest of its planned performances.

All other events were canceled, including performances by Tom Katz, Tres Lads and Felix & The Hurricanes.
