Dispatch Books Acoustic Tour
Dispatch is crossing off a lot of firsts: the band is celebrating the success of its first top 10 hit at AAA radio and it just announced dates for its debut acoustic tour.
Plus, the North American tour marks Dispatch’s first run of gigs on the West Coast and Canada in support of new album, American, Location 12. The June release includes the hit single “Only The Wild Ones.” In addition to getting love on AAA Radio, the tune has more than 5 million plays on Spotify. Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival, Great Stage Park, Manchester, Tenn.
The tour, dubbed “An Acoustic Evening With Dispatch,” features two sets of music each night in some of the band’s favorite intimate venues.
The outing kicks off Nov. 26 at the Imperial in Vancouver, British Columbia. The other Canadian show is booked Dec. 13 at Toronto’s Opera House.
The U.S. routing includes gigs in Seattle, Houston, Chicago and Madison, Wis. Multiple nights are booked at San Francisco’s Fillmore, West Hollywood’s Troubadour and Boston’s Paradise Rock Club.
Fan presales start Sept. 13 at 12 p.m. local time with the password LOCATION12. The general onsale begins Sept. 15.
