“My condolences are with those affected by the earthquake in Mexico today,” Mendes said in a statement. “Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, we will be unable to continue on with my Mexico City show scheduled for tomorrow. My love is with all of you & I promise I will be back.”
It was not immediately known what if any damage the 9,584-capacity venue incurred. André Rieu is scheduled for next Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 27-28.
