Woman Ran Over, Dragged At Festival
A woman is suing Imagine Music Festival and
– Imagine Music Festival 2017
The suit alleges Suzanne Randall was sitting on the ground at the Sept. 22-24 festival when a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox ran her over and “stopped on” her and another woman.
“He then backed up after festival goers began yelling at him to do so,” the suit said, “While backing up, he dragged Ms. Randall for some distance with his vehicle.”
Alexander Cueller, the alleged driver, was working for the hammock-manufacturing company Windpouch, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Randall was left with a broken pelvis and “many other injuries and painful abrasions,” according to the suit, which also alleges she “was forced to learn how to walk again.”
Randall is also suing 1 Alliance Security Group and Consulting, Windpouch and Big Boy Security. The suit claims all parties were negligent in preventing the injury.
She is seeking damages in an amount determined in court.
