Arnott joins at a busy time for Really Useful Theatres. Besides launching new initiatives and working on new investment schemes, the group is currently bringing all ticketing services in-house – in order to harness customer data and use it to drive engagement and improve customer experience.

Really Useful Theatres Group MD Rebecca Kane Burton also joined from The O2 last year, where she was VP and GM. Burton and Arnott worked together for many years at The O2.

“I know her experience, vision and enthusiasm well, and can’t wait for her to bring all these assets to the Really Useful family. She’s simply the best marketer I’ve ever worked with,” Burton said.

Arnott commented: “I’m joining Really Useful Theatres Group at an incredibly exciting time in the organization’s history and I look forward to working on the many projects and initiatives Rebecca and the team have kicked off.  It has been a brilliant 6 years at The O2, a venue that will always hold a special place in my heart, but I’m excited to begin the new challenge.”
