Bananarama Returns In Full Form

The original members of British pop trio Bananarama are reuniting for the first time in 30 years for a North American run.

The tour marks the band’s first official outing with all three original members – Sara Dallin, Siobhan Fahey and Keren Woodward. Fahey left the group in 1988 before the band ever properly toured.

The four-date routing opens Feb. 20 with a set at The Novo in Los Angeles, followed by performances at San Francisco’s Warfield Theatre and Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall. The North American routing closes Feb. 24 at the PlayStation Theater in New York. 

The reunion celebrates the three albums that the trio recoded together. Fans can expect hits from, 1984’s Bananarama, 1986’s True Confessions and 1987’s Wow!.

“America, you’ve been waiting for this one! It took a little while but we’re finally coming to North America as a trio, and we’re excited to give you an unforgettable show,” the band said in a statement.
