Neighbourhood Weekender: New SJM UK Festival

SJM Concerts is launching a two-day outdoor festival in England’s northwest, called Neighbourhood Weekender. The first edition takes place in Warrington’s Victoria Park, May 26-27.

Apart from the location, which hosted the first edition of V Festival in 1996 as well as Radiohead in 2000, and the fact that Neighbourhood Weekender will feature three stages, hardly any details have been announced. SJM’s Luke Temple and Jack Dowling promise a “great lineup,” calling Victoria Park the “perfect space.”

The Victoria Park in Warrington is not to be confused with London’s Victoria Park, where AEG Presents/Goldenvoice are putting on the first edition of All Points East festival on the same weekend.
