Pollstar Awards Nominees Unveiled

Congratulations to the

29th Annual Pollstar Award nominees.

This year’s 37 categories include Best New Headliner, Most Creative Stage Production, Music Festival of the Year, Nightclub of the Year, Bobby Brooks Award/Agent of the Year, Talent Buyer of the Year, Personal Manager of the Year, Bill Graham Award/Promoter of the Year, and Sound Company of the Year.

Major Tour of the Year nominees include Bruno Mars, Coldplay, Garth Brooks, Guns N’ Roses, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, and U2.

Brooks is also a nominee for Country Tour of the Year, while GNR, Petty and U2 are up for Rock Tour of the Year. Mars is a nominee in both the Pop and Urban/R&B categories.

The nominees were selected by a panel of more than 200 agents, managers, promoters, venue operators, and others who work in the live entertainment industry.
Their only guideline was that they could not nominate themselves or their companies.

The winners of the 29th Annual Pollstar Awards will be announced on Feb. 8 at the Wiltern Theatre in L.A. following the Feb. 6-8 Pollstar Live! conference at the Intercontinental Los Angeles Downtown.
