Eagles played a handful of dates last year on the heels of the death of Glenn Frey, with his son Deacon and Gill trading off singing duties for the band’s founder. The dates, though, were massive concerts with the help of Fleetwood Mac, Journey, and others. The two-night “Classic East” at New York’s Citi Field grossed more than $16 million.
