The Phish guitarist and vocalist goes solo frequently. This year he had runs in September and the spring. He also did solo runs every year from 2010-2015.
The last solo show we have a report from Trey for is his Sept. 16 play in Portland, Maine. That gig saw 3,932 people show up to Thompson’s Point for $45-50 a ticket, grossing a reported $178,455.
Phish recently rocked a three-day residency at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo., Sept. 1-3 and, before that, 13 shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden Arena July 21 to Aug. 6. The MSG shows grossed $15 million and sold 96 percent of tickets, which went at a reported $54 to $74. The legendary jam band also has more MSG shows coming up the last four nights of 2017, Dec. 28-31.
