Las Vegas promoter Danny Zelisko is teaming up with Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to book Westgate International Theater.

The agreement will see the Arizona-based Zelisko, who runs Danny Zelisko Presents, booking the Westgate International Theater in the casino and hotel that was originally known as the “International Hotel” and later “Las Vegas Hilton.”

“We’re thrilled to be working with Danny Zelisko Presents,” said Geno Iafrate, President & General Manager of Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino. “Danny’s experience in working with the ‘who’s who’ of musical acts, in venues of all sizes, makes him an ideal partner to continue the tradition of bringing first-class musical acts to the famed Westgate International Theater.”

Over the years the hotel has seen performances from the likes of Barbra Streisand, Elvis Presley, and Liberace, and hosted fights featuring Mike Tyson and Muhammad Ali. Westgate Resorts purchased the LVH (when it was Las Vegas Hotel) from Goldman Sachs in 2014, according to the Las Vegas Sun.

“I’m honored and excited to be booking events for the Westgate International Theater – the room Elvis performed in,” Danny Zelisko said in a statement. “The venue and resort are both treasures of the musical legacy of this incredible city.”

The Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino recently underwent a $150 million renovation and now includes Westgate Cabaret.

The resort most recently hosted performances by Travis Tritt in December.
