Brian Setzer Orchestra Incites ‘Rockabilly Riot’ Tour

Brian Setzer’s Rockabilly Riot! is rambling around North America this year with Miss Mary Ann & The Ragtime Wranglers on most dates.

The run starts June 1 in Santa Ynez, Calif., at Chumash Casino and runs just more than three weeks, wrapping June 24 in Lowell, Mass., as part of the Lowell Summer Music Series Outdoors.

Setzer’s fan club gets access to a presale Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. local time and local presales start Feb. 15 at 10 a.m. local time. The general onsale begins Feb. 16 at 10 a.m. local time.

The sets for Brian Setzer’s “Rockabilly Riot” will include Stray Cats hits and stuff from his latest solo album, Rockabilly Riot!: All Original. The band for the tour includes Noah Levy on drums, Kevin McKendree on piano/guitar and Mark Winchester on bass.

Setzer tends to do very well with his holiday tours with Brian Setzer Orchestra. He last toured with his Rockabilly Riot in Europe and North America last year. A highlight from that year was his performance at Humphrey’s Concerts By The Bay in San Diego, Calif., June 7, at which he reported 1,098 tickets sold and $71,370 grossed.
