The documents, filed Feb. 13, allege the performer owes more than $31,000 to SB Property Management Global, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution

Rent for the two homes located about two miles apart is $3,000 and $11,542 respectively.

There is no record of any charges filed related to the evictions or anything else, but the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office is said to be looking into July 2017 allegations that R. Kelly was holding young women against their will and brainwashing them as part of a cult. The performer has denied the accusations.

Pollstar box office reports show R. Kelly sold 5,384 tickets for a gross of $276,901 at Fresno, Calif.’s Selland Arena and 6,827 tickets for a gross of $529,634 at Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, S.C., on his “After Party Tour” last year. Five shows on the first leg of the trek were scrapped – four after the women’s allegations surfaced and a show at FedExForum in Memphis, Tenn., “due to unforeseen circumstances.”
