Paradigm Promotes 8 To Agent, Phil Egenthal Joins Bringing The Revivalists, George Porter Jr., Dumpstaphunk, Foundation of Funk

Currently based in Boulder, Colo., Egenthal will move to Chicago to join Paradigm’s office there. He was with Madison House according to Pollstar’s records.

The newly announced agents are Zac Bluestone and Madi Daigle in New York, Brewster Lee in Los Angeles, Kylie Doyle, Zach Hartley and Jeremy Shpizner in Nashville, and tour marketing agents Dani Barrett in Los Angeles and Andrew Whitaker in New York.

Paradigm was awarded Booking Agency of the Year at the Pollstar Awards in February, with Gores accepting the award on stage joined by a mob of major agents including Diamond, Tom Windish, Sam Hunt, Rob Zifarelli, Joe Atamian and many others. The agency in recent years has expanded by acquiring or merging with other major agencies including AM Only, The Windish Agency, and UK-based CODA. The agency became a music powerhouse in the mid-2000s when aquiring Monterey Peninsula Artists and Little Big Man, giving it a stable of major clients on both coasts.
Barrett, previously at UTA, has worked on marketing campaigns for artists including Courtney Barnett, Fever Ray, K.Flay, Shakey Graves and others. Bluestone joined Paradigm in 2014 as an assistant and later became booking coordinator. His roster includes Lauv, shallou, Harry Hudson, and others.
Daigle joined AM Only in 2014, and her roster will include REZZ, TOKiMONSTA, and Anna Lunoe among others. Doyle is now a territorial agent in the Concerts Division, handling venues in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic with capacity of 1,000 and under.
Lee joined AM Only as assistant, and later booking coordinator, for Matt Rodriguez.
His clients include electronic duo Grey and Los Angeles-based brand Space Yacht, and he works closely with Rodriguez on JAUZ, Slushii, and Krewella, among others.
Hartley joined Paradigm’s Nashville office in 2014 as an assistant, then moved into the Festivals department in 2016. He joins the growing agent team there alongside Keith Shackleford, Keith Richards and Alex Buck.

He is responsible agent for Grand Funk Railroad, and has also worked closely with JOHNNYSWIM.
Shpizner joined Paradigm in 2014 as assistant to Jeffrey Hasson, and became booking coordinator for Jonathan Levine in 2016.
He is now on the agent team for artists Colter Wall, Tyler Childers, Blackfoot Gypsies and Priscilla Renea, along with recent signings AHI, Ian Noe, Ian Ferguson and Midnight North.
Whitaker joined AM Only’s tour marketing department in 2015 after working at Massachusetts concert promoter NV Concepts.
He works primarily with Paradigm’s electronic, jam and reggae artists, and is a member of the Young Professionals Advisory Council for the TJ Martell Foundation.
