Van Morrison is true to form during the Americana Honors & Awards Show at Ryman Auditorium in Nashville Sept. 13.

Van Morrison has more shows planned for The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.  Tickets for three performances in January and two in February go on sale this week.

The only activity that might be finer than spending an evening immersed in Van Morrison’s legacy, is, perhaps, spending two or more nights with the master purveyor of blue-eyed soul.  His latest album is a collaboration with organist / trumpeter Joey DeFrancescoYou’re Driving Me Crazy – that arrived in late April.

Presented by AEG Presents and Caesars Entertainment, Morrison’s Colosseum shows are Jan. 25-26 & 30, and Feb. 1-2.  The early 2019 gigs will mark Morrison’s return to the venue.  His past engagements at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace have, not surprisingly, sold out.  The Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame member played three sold-out shows at The Colosseum Jan. 31-Feb. 3 with fans snapping up all 12,585 tickets to deliver a total gross of more than $2.2 million

Tickets go on sale May 18 at 12 p.m. PDT.  Keep watching Pollstar’s Van Morrison page for updates.
