October and November are the months Canada’s John Mellencamp’s fans will welcome the American singer/songwriter extraordinaire north of the border.  With stops including Victoria, Lethbridge, Ottawa and Halifax, the fun begns in late September in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Mellencamp has been a steady road warrior in support of his 2017 Sad Clowns & Hillbillies album, that featured guest Carlene Carter.  With Carter on most dates, last year’s journey experienced its share of sold-out nights as well as a few under-performing ticket counts.  His evening at St. Augustine Amphitheatre in Saint Augustine, Fla., moved all 3,838 tickets and grossed $294,577.  However, two nights earlier the tour played the Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land, in Sugar Land, Texas, where fans purchased 2,989 out of 3,853 tickets available, resulting in a $254,446 total gross.

The Oct.-Nov. run shows Mellencamp playing such places as the Imperial Oil Place in Cold Lake, Alberta;

Mellencamp.com and VIP presales begin May 30 at 10 a.m. and run until May 31 at 10 p.m.  General onsales begin June 1 at 10 a.m.  All times local.  Visit Pollstar’s John Mellencamp page for further updates.
