Live Nation Adds Ping Fu, Dana Walden To Board Of Directors

Ping Fu and Dana Walden have been elected to Live Nation Entertainment’s Board of Directors, each bringing more than 25 years of experience to their new position.

Walden has been Chairman and CEO of Fox Television Group at 21st Century Fox and has been on the Hulu board of directors since November.

Fu founded the 3D imaging software Geomagic in 1997, worked at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications, and has served on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship since 2010.

“Dana and Ping’s extensive experience spanning technology and media will offer new perspectives and bring invaluable expertise to our accomplished Board,” LN board chairman Greg Maffei said in a press release.
