NS2 Appoints Sarah Madalinski Director Of Marketing

National Shows 2 (NS2) has named Sarah Madalinski as the director of marketing – theatres and digital at the Nashville-based concert promotion company. 

After putting in 2 1/2 years in the marketing department at NS2, Madalinski will now spearhead digital efforts and oversee exclusively booked venues including Sandler Center for the Performing Arts in Virginia Beach, Va.    
She was previously responsible for the marketing and advertising of more than 250 concerts annually nationwide, along with advertising and promotions for NS2’s events at the 965-capacity Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, S.C., and the 1,048-capacity Carolina Theatre of Durham, N.C. NS2 recently announced an exclusive booking partnership at the 1,818-capacity Charleston Gaillard Center, which Madalinski took on marketing duties for. 
“Madalinski’s work here at NS2 speaks for itself,” NS2 President Darin Lashinsky said in a statement. “She has a wealth of knowledge on digital trends, and has produced hundreds of successful advertising and promotional campaigns over the years. She’s a talented and multi-faceted marketer, and her enthusiasm and dedication are invaluable.”
NS2’s partner, Frank Productions, announced it sold a majority interest to Live Nation in early January but that it would continue to operate its venues and companies, including NS2 and CMoore Live in Boise, Idaho. The news was significant because Frank Productions was one of the industry’s last legacy independent concert promoters. 
“Being a part of the tremendous growth and success that NS2 and Frank Productions have accomplished over the past few years has made it one of the most fulfilling times of my career,” Madalinski said. “I’m humbled by the opportunity to lead the marketing team as we look to cultivate relationships with our fans through unique and interactive digital experiences, as well build and nurture the ones we have within our exclusively booked venues and the communities they serve.”
Madalinski’s 12-plus years of experience include serving as marketing director for the U.S. Cellular Center, Paramount Theatre, and McGrath Amphitheatre in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
