Agua Caliente Casino Hires New Director Of Security

David Heath has been hired as the director of security for Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa in Rancho Mirage, Calif., putting him in charge of security, safety and risk management.
Heath brings 20 years of experience in casino and hotel security, with his previous position being director of safety and security at the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. 

“David’s proven experience leading security teams at several resorts and casinos throughout the country coupled with an unwavering commitment to providing a safe atmosphere for our guests and team members makes him an excellent addition to our organization,” ACCRS vice president and assistant GM Robert Maloney said in a statement. “We couldn’t be more pleased to bring David aboard in a role that is of utmost importance to Agua Caliente.”

The Show At Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa is a popular concert venue, with a capacity of 2,057. So far this year the theater has hosted Luis Miguel, Brad Paisley, Steve Martin and Martin Short, Daughtry, Tower Of Power and Average White Band, and Sebastian Maniscalco. 

The venue is slated to host Penn & Teller Dec. 7.
