Donovan Public Relations Announces Promotions, Launches Corporate Division
DPR, the communications firm founded by Carleen Donovan, promoted publicists Elisa Kupelian and Chloe Snyder both to the position of Director of Communications on Thursday.
“Over the past three years, they have proven invaluable to the success of our burgeoning roster and the profile of the firm itself,” Donovan said in a statement, calling Kupelian and Snyder “consummate modern PR executives” and noting that both were among the first hires she made when launching DPR in 2015.
According to a press release, Kupelian and Snyder “will continue to spearhead 360-degree integrated communications for clients,” which encompasses publicity, image management, content creation, social media, and more.
“At DPR, we maximize opportunities to act as trusted partners to our clients, whether they are artists, actors and actresses, executives, or brands,” Snyder said in a release, emphasizing DPR’s focus on “an integrated approach that exceeds the bounds of traditional PR.” Kupelian said the firm owes much of its success to “working as a tightknit unit”; DPR’s eight-person staff is comprised entirely of women.
Along with the promotions, DPR announced the launch of a corporate division that will “oversee strategy for prominent entertainment industry executives, leading brands, disruptive businesses, lifestyle clients, and many more.”
DPR’s roster houses several marquee music clients, including Maroon 5, Damian Marley, Lenny Kravitz, and Daughtry. DPR, with its staff of eight executives, has the distinction of being fully female owned and operated.
