Festival goers from the UK can save on transporting their skiing equipment if they book flights

British low-cost airline and French winter festival Snowboxx have announced a partnership.
As the “official airline partner of Snowboxx,” will be offering “award-winning flights and friendly low-fares to festival goers” coming from the UK, according to the announcement.
Snowboxx 2019 takes place in Avoriaz, a ski resort in the French Alps, March 23-30. Visitors from the UK will be ale to book ski carriage fees at half the price, when flying into Geneva – the closest airport to Avoriaz – using from any of its six UK airports.
Confirmed artists for this year’s Snowboxx lineup include Craig David‘s TS5, Jax Jones, Rudimental DJ Set and Wilkinson DJ Set ft. MC Adapt. The 8,000-capacity event sold out each of its past six editions.
It had announced the launch of a New Zealand edition last summer, which reportedly got put on hold due to scheduling conflicts in Queenstown, where the premiere was to take place.
Snowboxx is still to launch in New Zealand, albeit in 2020.
