“Night Running” is one of the tracks on Cage The Elephant’s upcoming fifth studio album, Social Cues, due out April 19 via RCA Records.
The LP’s first single, “Ready To Let Go,” debuted in the Top 10 at Alternative in addition to being at No. 13 at AAA. Cage lead singer Matt Shultz directed the music video for the tune, which has earned praise from the press including Uproxx’s Philip Cosores, who declares, “‘Ready to Let Go’ is as sturdy and inviting as anything they’ve ever done, beginning their latest album cycle with a bang.” The co-headline tour launches with two nights in Washington, July 11 at Ridgefield’s Sunlight Supply Amphitheatre and July 13 at George’s The Gorge. But first Cage The Elephant and Beck will headline Shaky Knees Music Festival, with Beck playing Friday, May 3 and Cage Saturday, May 4.
