Live Nation Acquires Neste Event Marketing, Forms Neste Live!

Live Nation Entertainment announced today that it has acquired a majority stake in full-service event marketing company Neste, and formed Neste Live!
The new company combines Neste’s artist matching process with Live Nation’s talent pool and resources in order to “facilitate turn-key talent buying and event production services for festivals, fairs, and corporate clients,” according to the announcement.
“By creating Neste! Live, we’ll help even more events and clients tap into the magic of live entertainment,” said Bob Roux, President, U.S. Concerts, Live Nation. “Gil and the team at Neste are amazing at what they do and make the perfect partners for this new endeavor.”
Neste president Gil Cunningham added: “We are excited to join Bob and the entire Live Nation team as we embark on this new journey together,” said. “We are looking forward to seeing the way Neste Live! unfolds and changes the talent buying process for clients of all kinds.”
Neste Event Marketing was established in 1995 as a corporate sponsorship and event marketing agency, servicing the growing music festival marketplace.
After years of developing successful sponsorship programs for events, Neste added talent buying and event production elements to their offered services.
The team has spearheaded and supported over 500 events, and worked with a long roster of corporate clients, including Jack Links, Jockey, Kansas City Life Insurance, Advisors Excel and the NCAA College World Series.
The Neste Live! team will be based out of Tennessee, and report to Cunningham.
