Live Nation announced the promotion Monday of Stephanie Van Spronsen from associate to full-time Live Nation promoter.

Van Spronsen moved to London as a 19-year-old vocalist but quickly took to the business side of music.  She began her career at Visible Noise records working with acts such as Bring Me The Horizon and Bullet For My Valentine, and then got her her foot in the door as a Radio/TV Plugger at The Noise Cartel.
Van Spronsen specialized in rock and metal working with acts like Alice Cooper, Asking Alexandria, Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes, Papa Roach, and as part of the PR team overseeing multiple festivals including Sonisphere, Bloodstock and Hellfest
In 2016, she hit the road as tour coordinator of the non-profit organization Music Saves Lives on Vans Warped Tour in the U.S., helping to raise money by encouraging bands to support the charity. “On her return she knew her heart belonged to the live music industry,” the promotion announcement stated.

In 2017, Van Spronsen joined the promoter’s department at Live Nation UK as  associate promoter. As the first female on the Download booking team she worked on numerous tours such as J. Cole, Zara Larsson, Architects, Parkway Drive and PVRIS, and helped launch the WWE NXT UK wrestling live shows in the UK in 2018.
“It’s great news that we can add Steph to Live Nation’s growing female promoter base. Steph has been working with me on Download and her ability and drive are phenomenal. Live Nation is wholly committed to recognizing talent like hers and nurturing it for future leadership” said Andy Copping, Executive President of UK Touring.
Denis Desmond, Chairman of Live Nation UK and Ireland added: “Andy’s team continues to build its talent base. Our long-term investment applies as much to our promoters as it does to our artists. The UK team just gets stronger and stronger and I am delighted for Steph and excited for Live Nation.”
