Don Simpson Named COO Of The Bowery Presents

The Bowery Presents announced March 4 it has added Don Simpson as its Chief Operating Officer. 

Simpson was most recently COO of The Feldman Agency, which also recently saw a change at the ownership level.

Before his time with Feldman, Simpson worked as EVP of productions and business development at Madison Square Garden Entertainment for eight years. He also worked with AEG Presents during 2017 negotiations with The Bowery Presents. 

He also was senior VP and CFO for MCA Concerts Canada.

“I am extremely honored to be joining The Bowery Presents and having the opportunity to work with Jim [Jim Glancy] and Jomo [John Moore] and their amazing team again,” Simpson said in a statement. “I have watched The Bowery Presents continue to grow over the last few years and I am extremely excited to be a part of this great company and all of their amazing venues.”

The Bowery Presents is a partner of AEG Presents and books East Coast venues including Asbury Lanes and Ocean Resort Casino in New Jersey, Brooklyn Steel, Terminal 5 and Music Hall of Williamsburg in New York, The Sinclair in Boston, Union Transfer and Franklin Music Hall in Philadelphia and Fete Music Hall in Rhode Island. The company will also be booking the renovated Webster Hall in New York .
