Europe Lineup Roundup: Dizzee Rascal For Soundscape Premiere, Stormzy Confirmed At Woo Hah!

Soundscape, the new one-day festival premiering June 16 at Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, features an inaugural lineup not to be scoffed at.
Dizzee Rascal, David Guetta, Anne-Marie, Mabel, Clean Bandit, Years & Years and Rak-Su will perform at the event, which promises “the buzz of a traditional festival, with the added bonus of state-of-the-art tech and facilities for discerning music fans chasing a taste of the spectacular.”
Woo Hah! Festival, which goes down July 12-14 at Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek, Holland, just added a host of new artists to the bill, including Stormzy, Trippie Redd, Flatbush Zombies, Kodak Black, JID, London On Da Track and many more.
Travis Scott, Lil Uzi Vert, Pusha-T, Brockhampton and Rae Sremmurd had already been confirmed earlier.
Cornbury Music Festival, which takes place at the sceninc Great Tew Park near Chipping Norton in the heart of the Cotswolds, England, July 5-7, just announced new names, including Echo & The Bunnymen, KT Tunstall, Beverley Knight, The Shires, Paul Carrack, The Hothouse Flowers, The Trevor Horn Band, Elkie Brooks and Alfie Boe.
They join headliners Keane, The Specials and The Beach Boys at what marks the 16th edition of the event.
British Summer Time Hyde Park, which just won an Arthur Award in the favourite festival category, unveiled its next superstar this week: Barbra Streisand will headline the event on July 7. She joins Celine Dion (July 5), Florence + The Machine (July 13) and Robbie Williams (July 14) on the bill.
Promoter James King, SVP AEG Presents, commented: “Barbra Streisand is without question one of the most influential and decorated artists in history. She is a global icon and a pioneer across the entire entertainment industry. It is an honour to have an artist of her stature performing at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.”
Neil Young and Bob Dylan are also going to perform in Hyde Park, July 12, however not under the Barclaycard presents British Summer Time banner, as Young protested against the festival’s main sponsor.
Scottish breakthrough artist Lewis Capaldi will join the Edinburgh Summer Sessions this summer, Aug. 14. Already confirmed: Florence + The Machine (Aug. 7-8), Primal Scream (Aug. 10), Chvrches (Aug. 11), James (Aug. 15) and Madness (Aug. 18). The Aug. 16 show by The Courteeners is already sold out.
Lewis Capaldi said: “Well, well, well. Look who’s playing a big f*ck off outdoor show in Edinburgh this summer, ya big lovely b*stards.”
Latitude Festival celebrates its 14th edition, July 18-21 in Henham Park, Suffolk, England. This week, Chvrches, The Futureheads, Honeyblood, The Kingdom Choir, Everything Everything, Jenny Lewis, Aurora and many more joined headliners George Ezra, Snow Patrol and Lana Del Rey on the bill.
Fatboy Slim will return to FIB in Benicàssim, Spain, in 2019, when the coastal festival celebrates its 25th anniversary, July 18-21. The British icon will headline FIB alongside Kings of Leon and Lana Del Rey.
The 1975, Franz Ferdinand, George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Kodaline, Blossoms, You Me At Six and many more are also confirmed.
