Nelly, TLC, Flo Rida Team Up For Shed Tour

It’s getting hot in North America! Nelly, TLC and Flo Rida are joining forces for a full amphitheatre tour of the continent.

The tri-headline tour starts July 23 in at Tuscaloosa Amphitheater Tuscaloosa, Ala., and runs more than a month, wrapping at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine, Calif., Aug. 31.

Notable stops along the way include Toronto’s Budweiser Stage; Charlotte’s PNC Music Pavilion; and Houston’s Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion presented by Huntsman.

The Aug. 18 show at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre will not have Flo Rida, but all the rest of the shows promise the full trifecta.

A presale for Citi cardholders begins March 12 at noon local time. The general onsale begins March 15 at 10 a.m. local time.

Between the three headliners, the show promises an evening full of hits like “No Scrubs” “GDFR” and “Ride Wit Me.” 

TLC will be just Chili and T-Boz, as Left Eye died in 2002. TLC spent much of 2017 on the “I Love The 90’s” package tour with artists like Naughty By Nature, Mark McGrath, and Biz Markie.

The ladies’ last reported solo show was at Spark Arena in New Zealand in 2016, when they grossed $194,223 on 3,259 tickets.

Nelly completed a full tour of Canada last year that included stops in Cold Lake, Alberta; Montreal; Winnipeg, Manitoba; Medicine Hat, Alberta; and Calgary. The Cold Lake show April 20 grossed $61,190 on 1,080 reported tickets.

Nelly’s affinity for country music was also on display last year when he performed at Tailgate Fest at the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., alongside Jana Kramer and Toby Keith.

Flo Rida is also booked to play the country-leaning Tortuga Music Festival in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in April.

The Rida grossed $178,197 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Conn., off 2,986 tickets reported.
