Ticketmaster Finland Enters Into Exclusive Partnership With Garden Helsinki
– Garden Helsinki & Ticketmaster Finland entert into partnership
Ticketmaster will provide service including all of the ticketing when the arena opens in 2023
Ticketmaster Finland will handle all ticketing services at Garden Helsinki upon the arena’s 2023 opening.
Currently under city planning, the Garden Helsinki’s construction will likely occur from 2020 to 2023. Equipped to host sports, music and cultural events year-round, the arena’s capacity will total approximately 16,000 seats and 120 boxes.
Aside from becoming the official ticketing partner of the arena, Ticketmaster will provide services including creative marketing and access to leading digital ticketing technologies – something particularly demanded by Nordic fans. The Garden Helsinki will also benefit from Ticketmaster Finland’s national and international reach.

“The live experience no longer begins when the fans sit down in their seats but from the moment they purchase their ticket,” said Timo Everi, Chairman of the Board, Garden Helsinki. “With their market leading position in Finland and internationally, Ticketmaster is easily the best partner to fulfill our ambitions and help us to grow our business. All while providing the greatest service possible to Finnish fans.”
Added Jakob Lund, Managing Director, Ticketmaster Finland: “We are honoured to be a part of the Garden Helsinki project. We have the world-class technology and experience required for a venue of this stature, and the marketing reach needed to fill it. With the live industry booming like never before, this is truly an exciting time for fans, clients and our team alike.”
Finland’s has a vibrant live entertainment scene. Ticketmaster parent company Live Nation recently acquired Finnish festival Blockfest. Live entertainment investor Superstruct bought into Flow Festival Finland at the end of last year. And FKP Scorpio celebrated the biggest Finnish concert production to date last summer.
