Twenty One Pilots brings the Bandito Tour to Resorts World Arena in Birmingham, England, Feb. 27.

The introduction of the LIVE75 chart is an exciting development for Pollstar. We are able to give the industry a fresh look at live boxoffice activity, presented with sales figures drawn from a tighter window – the most recent 30 days prior to publication. Our goal is to give a shout-out to who’s out there working right now – who’s hot and who’s pulling in the crowds.

Luis Miguel is No. 1 on the inaugural LIVE75 chart based on sales reported from the current Latin American leg of his México Por Siempre Tour that played North America and Europe in 2018. He earns the top ranking based on a sold ticket average of 29, 981 from four performances during the past month. Two ourdoor shows at Campo de Polo in Buenos Aires drew 85,746 fans and Bogota’s Estadio El Campin logged 24,404 sold tickets. The fourth show was a sold-out arena date in Cordoba, Argentina with 9,777 in attendance. Miguel’s trek through Latin America kicked off on Feb. 19 and wrapped at the end of March.
One of the designations, HOT SHOT, is given every week to the active touring artist that ranks the highest in their first week on the chart. For this inaugural issue, Mumford & Sons earns that distinction with a debut at No. 2 based on an average sold ticket count of 15,130 from three performances during March.
The shows occurred at Times Union Center in Albany, N.Y., Bell Centre in Montreal and Atlanta’s State Farm Arena during the first North American leg of the band’s ongoing tour that launched in Dublin on Nov. 16 – the same day as the release of their fourth studio album Delta.

The Albany and Atlanta arenas reported sellouts with ticket counts of 14,704 and 14,826 respectively, and the Montreal venue drew a crowd of 15,862. Grosses totaled $3.2 million in those three markets – an average just over $1 million per show.
Twenty One Pilots is another active tour debuting in the Top 10 on LIVE75 this week. The duo is sixth in the ranking based on a sold ticket average of 13,032 from three concerts at arenas during the European leg of their Bandito tour. Two of the dates were in U.K. buildings – SSE Arena in Belfast on March 2 and Manchester Arena on March 5, and a March 11 event in France followed at AccorHotels Arena in Paris.
The Belfast attendance count hit 9,296 and Manchester tallied 14,517. In Paris, sold seats were logged at 15,285. Grosses topped $2 million at just those three venues alone.
One asset of LIVE75 is the ability to highlight boxoffice counts for artists on tour in smaller markets or those playing smaller rooms. Scrolling down the list to No. 32 we find Christian comedian John Crist who earns the BREAKTHROUGH moniker this week with nine sellouts in  11 shows occurring during an 18-day window, but the comic has stated that his tour schedule keeps him busy, working primarily in comedy clubs, theaters and churches.
Of the 11 shows included in this week’s counts, five were at churches but his theater dates included Connor Palace, part of the Playhouse Square theater district in downtown Cleveland. Crist performed a sold-out show in the theater on March 3 with 2,661 fans in attendance. His average number of sold tickets in all 11 venues was 2,079.
The NOISEMAKER this week is Staind frontman/country artist Aaron Lewis who jumps from the 43rd position on the chart up to No. 35 with a sold ticket average of 1,817 from three reported concerts. He has been on a headlining trek since early this year, anticipating the April release of his third country album State I’m In. The tour is booked in club and theater-sized venues and features stripped-down, acoustic versions of his music.
