Celine Dion Unveils Routing For First North American Tour In More Than A Decade

Celine Dion has big plans after she wraps up her longtime Las Vegas residency, with dates announced today for her first North American tour in more than a decade.  

“I’m so grateful to all the fans who have come to see my show in Las Vegas for so many years, and now I get the chance to create a brand new show and bring it to them in North America, and around the world,” Dion said in a statement. “I’m very excited about this tour, and my new album … coming later this year.”
Her new English-language album is due out this fall as the follow-up to 2013’s Loved Me Back To Life
The Courage World Tour feature stops in more than 50 cities, starting with two nights at Videotron Centre Sept. 18-19 in Quebec City, Quebec, just outside Queen Celine’s hometown of Charlemagne, Quebec. Dates are booked through April 2020. 
A Team Celine presale for the first round of shows, scheduled September through March 13, begins April 8 at 10 a.m. and runs through April 11 at 10 p.m. The public onsale starts April 12. All times local.  
Onsale information for shows scheduled March 24 through April 27 is forthcoming. 
Dion’s final run of 16 shows at The Colosseum is set to begin on May 14. By the time she concludes her “Celine” residency on June 8, the show will have run periodically at the Las Vegas venue for more than eight years. 
During that time, box-office tallies from 346 performances of the production have been logged in Pollstar’s archives with sales reaching $225 million from over 1.4 million tickets. 
Her first residency at the theater, “A New Day…,” staged from 2003 to 2007, wrapped with a final gross totaling $385 million from 2.8 million tickets over 713 performances.
