Superstruct Entertainment Invests In Down The Drain Group Denmark

Superstruct Entertainment has entered into an investment and partnership agreement with Down The Drain Group, the biggest independent concert and festival organizer in Denmark.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Down The Drain produces and promotes some of the largest festivals in Denmark, including NorthSide, Tinderbox and various other original live entertainment events.

The company runs over 200 one-day concerts and events annually.

Superstruct brings a tremendous platform and expertise for us to continue growing our business and we face an ambitious and exciting future with this partnership” said Brian Nielsen, CEO of Down The Drain Group.

Under terms of the agreement, the day-to-day management of Down The Drain will continue to be led by Brian Nielsen, Flemming Myllerup and Mads Sørensen.
