Paradigm Promotes Daisy Hoffman And Jon Lampkin To Agent

Hoffman’s clients include electronic artists Walker & Royce, Will Clarke, Medasin, Gryffin, and Party Favor. Hoffman began as an intern  at CAA before joining AM Only as an assistant and booking coordinator, then at The Windish Agency as a booking coordinator. Both agencies eventually became partners with Paradigm.

Lampkin’s roster includes electronic artists Whethan, Getter, Yultron, Melvv, Diablo and Perto; live artists Oliver Tree and Roy Blair; and branded properties including Brownies & Lemonade. He got his start in 2011 as a marketing intern for Active Management’s Will Bronson and Chioke “Stretch” McCoy, who manages SOB X RBE.

Diamond recently was profiled in Pollstar’s latest Booking Agency Directory, in which he mentioned the agency’s continued focus on finding great new talent.

“We’re a music company, and that’s what drives us – especially when it comes to finding great new talent. We’re trying really, really hard to stay that course, because it’s easy to fall captive to being transactional: just signing things and booking dates. That’s so easy – and lucrative – to do.”

Diamond was also honored as one of the live industry’s most impactful executives in Pollstar’s inaugural Impact 50 feature.
