Agent Randy Salcedo Joins Sound Talent Group

Salcedo comes to STG after a 17-year stint with CAA, and brings clients including The Sounds, INXS, Generation Axe, and RavenEye.  While at CAA, Salcedo booked tours internationally as well as domestically.

“He’s another high-level agent with a lot of experience looking to do it a little differently,” Borror tells Pollstar. “Dave and I hadn’t really determined how we wanted to consider the international landscape.  We wanted to get this company moving and be great at what we initially set out to do domestically.  It wasn’t until Randy presented himself along with his knowledge and relationships that we felt there was a natural solution that could provide the right layer of service for any client when there’s a need.”

STG opened shop about eight months ago with a diversity of clients including Black Label Society, Circa Survive, Ice Nine Kills, Knocked Loose, Lamb of God, Natalia Lafourcade, Opeth, Perfume and dozens of others, and recruited fellow agents John Pantle, Eric Powell and Jake Zimmerman shortly after launch.
