Adam Lublin – who formerly worked at First Access Entertainment and AEG Presents as Sr VP, Talent and Touring – has been charged with burglary and sexual abuse after a neighbor accused him of breaking into her apartment, sexually assaulting her and stealing several pairs of underwear.

The 43-year-old former executive was arraigned in Manhattan Criminal Court Sept. 16 on two counts of burglary and one count of sexual abuse, according to the New York Post.
Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Clerkin told the judge the victim woke up around 5 a.m. early Sept. 15 in her apartment in New York’s Battery Park City neighborhood to find “a white man with dark hair, heavyset, leaning over her bed” and touching her genitals. After she screamed and the man left her home, the victim reviewed surveillance video in the apartment lobby and identified Lublin as the molester.
Clerkin described the case as “very strong” and noted there was surveillance video of Lublin “going up to the victim’s floor on the elevator at the time of the incident.”
She added that the district attorney’s office is investigating an incident a week earlier in which “the victim’s roommate woke up in the middle of the night and saw a man hovering over her.”
Police arrested Lublin the day after the alleged assault after waiting for him to exit the building. Before being apprehended, Lubin reportedly threw away a cup and straw, which police found stuffed with several pairs of women’s underwear, according to the Post. The victim identified the straw and underwear as her own and said that several pairs of her underwear had vanished in the past month.
A search warrant recovered “additional pairs of women’s underwear” at Lublin’s apartment.
The judge issued an order of protection in favor of the victim and her roommate and Lublin was instructed to avoid them, according to the Post. He was released on $175,000 bond.
Lublin attorney Scot Leemon issued the following statement to Pollstar: “One of the backbones in our legal system is the presumption of innocence. That important presumption is deep routed in our history and was created to stop others from jumping to conclusions. Today, Adam will rely on that presumption of innocence. Out of respect for the system we will not make any further comment at this time.”
According to Pollstar’s directories records, AEG Presents notified Pollstar in July 2018 that Lublin had left the company.

“We are extremely shocked and disturbed to read this report in the NY Post. First Access Entertainment has terminated all business dealings with Adam Lublin,” First Access said in a statement to Variety.

Neither First Access Entertainment nor AEG Presents responded to Pollstar’s request for comment as of post time.
