Pitchfork Music Festival is coming to Berlin. Pitchfork editor-in-chief Puja Patel made the announcement today in Hamburg, Germany, at Reeperbahn Festival.
Pitchfork Music Festival Berlin is set to take place, May 8-9, 2020 at Berlin’s 3,000-capacity Tempodrom and will feature “a mix of well-known artists and emerging musicians,” according to the announcement.
The festival’s organizers intend to tap into the German capital’s electronic and progressive music culture.
Scumeck Sabottka’s MCT Agentur will promote the event. It’s Pitchfork Music Festival’s second spin-off, after launching in Paris, France, in 2011.
